Deakin Solutions is a consulting and investment firm lead by Alistair Deakin, a 20 year veteran of behavioral health technology leadership, around both clinical and revenue cycle management challenges.

I am looking to help organizations aligned with my values, and committed to leverage technology within behavioral health.  I believe that the foundation of a behavioral health organization is the relationship between a carer and the client.  I believe that technology should enhance that relationship, and enable the magic of human initiative and creativity.  

My background includes building and improving technical solutions, mergers and acquisitions, public speaking, and the building and scaling of new enterprises.
